In which locations do you provide your service?

We are based in Liverpool and provide a service across the North West. However, we are prepared to travel further afield.

What format is the audio file?

Our normal service is to provide the audio file as an .mp3. However, if you have a preference for another format, we have a broad range of formats from which to choose.

 

Where do you conduct the interviews?

We conduct the interviews at clients' homes, via telephone and remotely via Skype.

 

How long do the interviews last?

With the Individual Interviews, the Service is offered starting at 2-hours and graduating to 5-hours and then 8-hours. All of the options (excluding the 2-hours) can be conducted in a number of sessions at your convenience. With regard to the Family Interviews, these are timed at 1-hour. Of course, sessions can be customised to suit client requirements.

 

Is what I talk about kept confidential?

Confidentiality is assured. We respect that clients’ view confidentiality as being very important and therefore we guarantee that all communication between Your Biography and you will remain private; all details will be kept confidential. Also, as a Chartered Information Professional, confidentiality is at the core of Your Biography’s practice and ethics.
